Kerbey Lane Village at 1503 W. 35th St. will be adding a new tenant in the former Hill-Bert’s Burgers location. The Austin Eater reports that the Houston-based Tiny Boxwoods restaurant will open its doors in the iconic Austin center this fall. The site reports Tiny Boxwoods will offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, and brunch, with such items as pizza, seafood, sandwiches, charcuterie boards, and baked goods, as well as wine and wine-based cocktails.
The six-building, 6,000-square-foot property is home to RSK Jewelry, Chris and Leigh Salon, Valentines Too, and Leigh Chui Designs. The quaint center has seen redevelopment since it was sold by Whit Hanks, whose family dates back to the Texas Revolution.
